Caleb is a donut shop employee and college student who plays eight different instruments. He recently put school on hold to become a full-time musician. After moving from town to town trying to book gigs, he's hoping The Voice will take him to the next level in his career.
19-year old Caleb Elder auditioned for The Voice with King Floyd's "Groove Me". Adam, the only coach with a spot left on his team, turned his chair. Adam noted that he conveyed attitude and confidence well, despite not being physically seen. For the first Battle Rounds, Caleb was paired against Delvin Choice to perform Aloe Blacc's "The Man". Blake commented on Caleb's several issues, and claimed he "left the door open" for Delvin to win. In the end, Adam chose Delvin to advance, eliminated Caleb.
