Christian Cuevas was a contestant on Season 11 of . His blind audition of the Michael Bolton song "How Am I Supposed To Live Without You" turned three chairs.
Climbing all the way to the Top 8, Christian received either the 4th, 5th, or 6th most votes in that week, and had to sing once more for a spot in the Top 4. He, along with Ali Caldwell, did not receive enough votes and were sequentially eliminated, in favor of Josh Gallagher.
Before The Voice Edit
"Christian stopped singing outside of his church and chose to stay at home instead of attending college when his father tragically died from liver cancer. He instead got a job at Guitar Center and made supporting his mother a priority. Christian eventually went back to college because he knew his dad always wanted him to get a degree. He feels like music is the tool that taught him to cope with the loss of his father."
